Asia Yachting Holds Hong Kong’s First Brokerage Boat Show in the Middle of the Ocean

Asia Yachting’s brokerage department kicked off the yachting season in Hong Kong by gathering 9 of the best brokerage yachts in the market, including a special appearance of the newly launched Monte Carlo Yachts (MCY) 80, for a weekend brokerage boat show in Repulse Bay. Throughout the weekend of April 29 – 30, Asia Yachting welcomed guests from around the globe with a unique display in the middle of the ocean, the first of its kind in Greater China.

Asia Yachting’s brokerage department is kicking off the yachting season in Hong Kong by gathering 8 of the best brokerage yachts in the market for a weekend brokerage boat show in Repulse Bay. Throughout the weekend of April 29 – 30, Asia Yachting will be welcoming guests throughout the region on board a floating venue in Repulse Bay with 8 brokerage yachts tethered on the sides ranging from 21ft. to over 100ft.

To start the season off with a bang, Asia Yachting will be showing brokerage boats from various brands across the world, including Nautique wakeboard boat and Monterey leisure boat from the U.S, to well-known European superyacht brands from Azimut, Princess, and Monte Carlo. Simultaneously, the event will be the first brokerage boat show held in the middle of the ocean on the yachts without connection to land. The arrays of boats on display gives an accurate portrayal of the brokerage yacht market in Hong Kong.

The 2-day brokerage boat show is free of charge and welcomes visitors from around the region. From sunset cocktails, to mesmerizing on-water yacht displays, all in Repulse Bay, the Asia Yachting brokerage boat show creates the ambience of boating lifestyle at its best in Hong Kong.

Previously, Asia Yachting held 2 brokerage boat shows in Hong Kong in July and November of 2016. The events attracted hundreds of visitors from Hong Kong and neighbouring regions.

Monte Carlo Yachts announces its new 30-meter, the latest expression of the renowned MCY design and identity

DÜSSELDORF, 22 JANUARY, 2017. Monte Carlo Yachts has announced the development of the new MCY 96, an almost 30 meter yacht that both further develops the MCY “Future Classic” design philosophy and technical specifications and boosts the company’s collection through a unique vessel with superyacht scope and defining traits.

The new MCY 96 has been designed according to the highest standards on the market and complies with RINA Pleasure or RINA Charter Class certifications. Upon request, the new model can also be certified according to CE-A category standards to be utilized as a pleasure boat or according to MCA MGN 280. The possibility to choose the preferred type of certification represents a quite unique feature and a highly significant added value for the owner.

Following the success of the award-winning MCY 105, the MCY 96 enters the MCY collection as the result of Monte Carlo Yachts’ prominent and continued investments in the superyacht category, and will be followed by new models in the next future.
