Prestige X70 made her Grand Launch officially in Hong Kong
Boating Excitement returns with Prestige X70 launch event at Aberdeen Marina Club last Thursday Sep23. The fact that Asia Yachting managed to secure the hull number two of Prestige Yachts‘ new X70, shows faith of both sides on this flagship model.
We toast for the new arrival of the Prestige X70 in Hong Kong : Olivier Besson, Founder and CEO; and Franklin Heng, Chairman.
The well crafted 1:200 yacht model sat besides the big screen which showcasing dynamic video of X70 cruising around Hong Kong waters and “the-making-of” at French yard.
Prestige X70 is the first flagship model in the new X-Line: it reinvents space and movement on board and adopts radically different design in optimizing light and space. It was awarded for “Best Layout” at the prestigious 2020 World Yacht Trophies award.
The X-Line sister X60 is due out early next year and We hope to have one delivered in Hong Kong soon after that. Stay tuned with us.

Following the world premiere in Monaco, Asia Yachting & Prestige Yachts just hosted an exclusive Hong Kong Premiere for the new Prestige X70 and the hard-top Prestige 680, at the Royal Hong Kong Yacht Club, on Aug 17 and 18.
The two yachts have been displayed side by side which was a perfect occasion to compare these two styles that are similar in size but focus on different elements.

A Radical Way to Live at Sea
The Prestige X70, launched in 2020, is the first model in the new X-Line dedicated to the art of living well and to luxury, and bears witness to a drive for innovation by this world leader in the market of mid-sized flybridge motor yachts. Created in the spirit of superyachts, the X70 looks onto an infinite horizon, without barriers between the exterior and the interior. Her design combines exceptional volume, ease of movement and lighting for an incredible experience on board. The all-new design concept for this luxury crossover enables you to benefit from the full beam of the yacht: space on board is maximized to stunning effect!
The Infinite Space
In partnership with the Garroni Design studio, Prestige reinvents space and movement on board and adopts a radically different design in optimizing light and space. While a traditional Flybridge uses 70% of the width of the yacht for movement on board via the sidedecks, the X70 breaks with this tradition. The full width of the yacht can be utilized, expanding the field of possibilities and opening onto an infinite horizon. As such, the saloon occupies the full width of the yacht that increases exterior space. The XXL cockpit is three times larger than that of a traditional Flybridge of the same size.
Fluidity of Movement
Fluidity of movement is a key design feature where she ingeniously blends interior and exterior to facilitate movement on board. To access the foredeck, access is made available via flybridge or from the interior through a side access door. On the flybridge, four accesses to living spaces enable exceptionally fluid movement: two staircases providing access to the flybridge and two more providing access to the forward deck.
Sense of Luxury
Aboard, in addition to well-considered storage space, the finish and materials are simply exceptional, diffusing this sensation of soft, whispered luxury. From cashmere to leather and wood, all have been chosen for relaxing and comfortable life on board. For leather, PRESTIGE has selected the world’s best, by Foglizzo. The sofas, chic and made to measure, are by Duvivier. Prestige woodworking artisans demonstrate their expertise in even the slightest details, mixing various finishes, such as lacquer or high-gloss varnish, applied manually, piece by piece. The woodwork is very fine and contemporary.

The MCY 76 features larger than ever life interior spaces, enhanced exposure to natural light, and unprecedented custom layout configurations. The enlarged surface of MCY 76’s Fly bridge offers a spacious lounge area with a large open air galley and multiple comfortable seating arrangements. Thanks to the lateral supports of the T-Top in carbon fibre, this zone is distinguished by a 360° view of the sea.
The versatile areas of the Bow lounge area and the Aft cockpit are safely reachable through wide and well-protected sideways. The presence of multiple living spaces on the main deck enables individuals to relax on the comfortable sofas and armchairs, or dine on the spacious Carrara marble table. A fully equipped galley naturally integrated in the saloon layout has been designed to fulfil the owner’s desires.
The interiors are highlighted by three–dimensional decor elements combined with elegant and sophisticated pairing of fabrics and wood panels. Pierre Frey, Hermès and Rubelli textures are only a few of the wide range of high-quality materials chosen by the customer to furnish the MCY 76. White and grey pickled oak woods combined with lacquered and reflective details enrich the elegant interior design from the main deck all the way through the lobby and the interior of each of the four cabins.
